Moving

In order to obtain either first and/or final meter readings, customers should notify Norfolk Power Distribution Inc. of their request at least 48 hours in advance. 

If you are moving to a new location within Norfolk Power Distribution Inc.'s service territory we do require you to complete a NEW Service Information form.  This application forms a contract between Norfolk Power Distribution Inc. and you, the customer, for the supply of electricial energy.
