Did you know that in Ontario, it's actually illegal to dig before having underground utilities located? It's true, but the good news is Norfolk Power is now part of the Ontario One Call platform and there is no cost to you at all!
Whether it's for fence posts, water wells, deep tillage or any other purpose, call Ontario One Call at (800) 400-2255 at least 5 business days in advance and we'll be happy to come out and locate underground hydro wires for you.
Remember, even nicking a buried hydro or fibre optic line can result in major injury, environmental damage, or widespread hydro or network interruption. So don't hesitate - CALL BEFORE YOU DIG
